iSpace (ASBC LLC), the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia, is looking for a driven and ambitious HR Specialist who will play an important role in the development of our team. The primary focus will be talent acquisition and selection, though the position also covers onboarding of new employees and other HR processes.

Fixed Salary: 2,350 GEL (NET)

Quarterly MBO Bonus: 2,350 GEL (NET)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and candidate specifications

Collaborating with department managers to compile consistent role requirements

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking events

Prepare and publish job postings on relevant platforms

Actively source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct initial interviews

Organize phone and in-person interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Communicate with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process and provide feedback

Completing all necessary documentation and onboarding paperwork for new hires

Maintaining candidate and vacancy data in CRM and ATS systems throughout the recruitment process

Onboarding

Plan and lead the adaptation process for new employees

Organize orientation sessions

Maintain communication with employees and managers during the probation period

Requirements

Higher education (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field)

Experience in HR, particularly in recruitment

Experience in the retail sector is a strong advantage

Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken communication are essential)

Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

Commitment to confidentiality and a high sense of responsibility
