Access Home is a real estate company and property marketplace based in Batumi. We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded Real Estate Agent to join our growing business.

This is an active sales and business development role. The successful candidate will work with property owners, buyers, renters, investors and developers while actively building new property listings and business opportunities.

Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales, communication or business development ability who are prepared to learn the industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new residential and commercial property listings for sale and rent

Contact and meet property owners directly

Build relationships with property owners, developers and prospective clients

Work with buyers, renters and property investors to understand their requirements

Identify suitable properties and present relevant opportunities

Arrange and conduct property viewings

Follow up enquiries consistently and professionally

Support negotiations between clients and property owners

Identify new developments and potential developer relationships

Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, networking and referrals

Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, activities and opportunities

Work towards agreed activity, listing, sales and rental targets

Represent Access Home professionally in all client and business interactions

RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is:

Confident communicating and building relationships with people

Comfortable contacting prospective clients and property owners, including cold outreach

Sales-oriented and motivated by measurable results

Professional, reliable and organised

Able to work independently and take responsibility for follow-up

Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools

Interested in developing a long-term career in real estate

Languages: Georgian, Russian, English. Please state your level in each language when applying.

What We OfferPaid one-month trial period. The position will initially be offered for one-month. Subject to performance, suitability, business requirements and mutual agreement, there may be an opportunity to continue in the position following the trial period.

If the employment relationship continues, revised employment terms will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Commission eligibility during the trial period

Fixed salary plus commission following successful completion of the trial
