The team of more than 170 employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the artistic direction and visual concept of the game;

Create game characters, backgrounds, symbols, and other visual assets in accordance with the product’s visual concept and technical documentation;

Maintain visual and stylistic consistency across all game elements;

Modify and enhance existing visuals when required;

Estimate task scope and deadlines and ensure timely delivery within the agreed timeframe;

Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and align with the product’s visual concept;

Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with their expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in 2D art;

Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to work in different artistic styles and create visual concepts;

Experience in stylized art, concept art, and character design;

Strong understanding of composition, color, and form;

Advanced proficiency in graphic design and digital art software;

Experience in creating art for games is considered an advantage;

Experience in 3D modeling is considered an advantage;

Proficiency in Georgian and English.
