Key Responsibilities

Maintain full accounting records in accordance with Georgian legislation and IFRS requirementsProcess and systematize primary documentationRecord and monitor project-based costs for development and construction projectsReconcile and record settlements with suppliers, contractors, and service providersRecord customer settlements, down payments, and installment schedulesMaintain records of fixed assets, construction in progress, and inventoryCalculate VAT, profit tax, and other taxes, and submit declarations via the rs.ge systemProcess payroll and account for income tax and pension contributionsHandle bank operations and perform bank statement reconciliationsLiaise with auditors and tax authorities

Requirements

Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate development, construction, or a related sector is a strong advantageSolid knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standardsKnowledge of IFRSProficiency in accounting software (1C, Oris, or similar) and MS ExcelExperience working with the rs.ge systemWell-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlinesProfessional certification (SARAS, ACCA, CAP, or similar) is an advantage
