Role Description The Hotel Sales Manager at Spark by Hilton in Georgia is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales activities and relationship building. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue across market segments such as corporate, group, and leisure. The role involves conducting site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of guest commitments. The Hotel Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, participate in networking events, and represent the hotel in the local community to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams.

Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including building pipelines, closing deals, and managing key accounts.

Marketing knowledge to support promotional efforts, contribute to campaigns, and position the hotel competitively in the local market.

Experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with understanding of revenue management, group bookings, and corporate contracts.

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategies and recommendations.

Proficiency with CRM systems and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and presentation tools).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
