Job Summary

Spectrum Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves developing strong interior concepts, preparing detailed design documentation, selecting materials and products, and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other specialists. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design vision, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. This position requires effective communication with clients, strong teamwork, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to innovative and refined interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-design research and gather project requirements

Develop interior design concepts and creative direction

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and related products based on the approved concept

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members throughout all project stages

Coordinate simultaneously across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Prepare and participate in client presentations

Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, present ideas, and ensure project alignment

Support both individual and team-based design tasks

Ensure that all design solutions meet Spectrum Architecture’s quality, aesthetic, and functional standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role

Proven experience working on complex and large-scale projects

Proficiency in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign

Strong communication skills in Georgian and English

Experience in preparing and delivering design presentations

Familiarity with international manufacturers, designers, materials, and contemporary interior products

Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines

Strong understanding of interior design standards, detailing, and documentation processes
