Job Summary

Spectrum Architecture is seeking a highly qualified MEP Engineer to join our integrated design and construction team. The role involves designing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of local and international standards, sustainable design principles, and modern engineering technologies. This position requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality and precision across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, ventilation, water supply, drainage, and electrical systems

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering calculations

Ensure compliance with both local and international standards and codes

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other specialists throughout all project phases

Conduct analysis and research of the MEP market, technologies, and materials

Integrate energy-efficient and sustainable design principles into project solutions

Coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Participate in meetings, presentations, and communication with project teams

Provide engineering input during concept development, design, and implementation stages

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP system design and implementation

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant calculation software

Solid understanding of both local and international engineering standards

Expertise in designing HVAC, heating–cooling, ventilation–air conditioning, water supply, and electrical systems

Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainable design principles

Experience in preparing technical documentation and project specifications

Strong communication skills in Georgian and English

Ability to conduct research and analysis related to the MEP market, technologies, and products

Excellent time management, task prioritization, and organizational skills
