LOCATION

Tbilisi

ChillBase is an independent game studio. We build products we genuinely care about — that’s our core principle.

We’re currently launching a new project — and building a new meta-vertical from the ground up. In this role, you will own feature development end-to-end: from concept and documentation to validation in the build and final quality.

If you are seeking to be a part of an engaged team, work on captivating projects with minimal bureaucracy, and receive regular, constructive feedback, then you’ll find your place with us.

Expectations

What We Want To See

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in mobile F2P or live-service projects

Experience managing backlogs of large-scale meta systems (not just isolated features)

Clear understanding of the difference between systems, features, and epics, with the ability to break them down

Experience working closely with development and game design (ability to read GDDs and technical documentation)

Ability to work with metrics and define success criteria for features

Experience defending scope with stakeholders and negotiating estimates with development teams

Additionally, It Would Be Great To Have

Experience in mobile F2P / live-service environments

Expertise in at least one domain: economy, progression, social systems, or LiveOps

Basic analytics knowledge (SQL, dashboards)

Experience working in product teams with large backlogs (10+ systems)

Experience shipping live products as a Product Owner

What You Will Be Doing

Own and manage the backlog of meta features (10–20 major systems: progression, economy, social systems, clans, LiveOps)

Define priorities across quarters (Q1, Q2, beyond)

Defend scope: align with Meta Producer on resources and negotiate feasibility with development teams

Coordinate work between System Game Designers and Feature Owner Game Designers

Sync with Game Product (gameplay team) to ensure meta decisions align with core gameplay

Ensure quality of delivered features: scope is met and metrics are measurable

Regularly sync with the Meta Producer: report on backlog status and escalate risks

Cross-team alignment with other product verticals

Analyze post-release performance of meta features: what worked and what didn’t

Benefits

Growth and development

Our project is actively growing, as well as the team that creates it. We invest in the growth of each specialist and regularly review salaries based on performance. Moreover, we have a promotion system that allows specialists to showcase their talents in more responsible positions.

Comfortable conditions

You can choose various work types: hybrid or office in Tbilisi. Also we have flexible hours with the option of taking days off.

Care for employees

We offer sick days without salary loss, assistance in difficult life situations, no bureaucratic nightmares and processes for the sake of processes.

We carefully review every application and will definitely reach out if your profile matches the role’s requirements. If you do not receive a response within 14 calendar days, it means we are not moving forward with your application at this stage. We’d be happy to reconnect in the future — please keep an eye on our openings.

Employment process

You apply for an open role via our careers portal. We carefully review your CV and any additional materials you provide.

If your experience matches our needs, we’ll invite you for an initial conversation with a recruiter. It’s a chance to get to know each other, talk about your motivation and expectations, and share more about the role and company.

You may be asked to take part in one or more technical interviews with the team. In some cases, we might also send you a test assignment to better understand your practical skills.

A closing conversation with a hiring manager or team lead. We’ll discuss the outcomes of the previous stages, cover any remaining questions, and align on expectations.

If everything goes well — we’ll extend a job offer. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process and welcome you to the team.
