iSpace (ASBC LLC), the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia, is looking for a driven and ambitious HR Specialist who will play an important role in the development of our team. The primary focus will be talent acquisition and selection, though the position also covers onboarding of new employees and other HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and candidate specificationsCollaborating with department managers to compile consistent role requirementsAttracting suitable candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking eventsPrepare and publish job postings on relevant platformsActively source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct initial interviewsOrganize phone and in-person interviews and coordinate with hiring managersCommunicate with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process and provide feedbackCompleting all necessary documentation and onboarding paperwork for new hiresMaintaining candidate and vacancy data in CRM and ATS systems throughout the recruitment process

Onboarding

Plan and lead the adaptation process for new employeesOrganize orientation sessionsMaintain communication with employees and managers during the probation period

Requirements

Higher education (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field)Experience in HR, particularly in recruitmentExperience in the retail sector is a strong advantageAdvanced English proficiency (both written and spoken communication are essential)Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitaskCommitment to confidentiality and a high sense of responsibilityStrong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and results orientation
